Dinkleboo personalized product range is proudly made in the United States, to order.

Each product is custom created, quality checked, and dispatched within 1-3* business days from our factory in Washington DC. High-volume periods may delay the production of your order.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Flat rate shipping starts from $4.99 which means you can order as much as you like for one flat price.

If however you need your order in a rush we do have Expedited and Express shipping options. Please note "Express Post" does not further speed up production times.

If you want your order produced quicker we do offer a service to move your order to the front of the line in production for a fee of $9.95. Then normal shipping times apply.

Prices listed below are flat rate prices based on single item shipped. If you order Labels and a Storybook the cost will be the higher flat rate price.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email used when placing your order, when your shipment has been dispatched.

Dinkleboo works closely with USPS and Fedex to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible from our production facility in Washington DC.

Returns

Dinkleboo is proud of the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of our products, and provides 100% Satisfaction Guarantee against any manufacturing defects.

Refunds and cancellation of order is generally not provided except for cases of process or product malfunction (i.e., workmanship defect, book arrives damaged). Dinkleboo is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity or other ordering errors.
